Growing up in a few costal states around the SouthEast Emlee cultivated her independence, resourcefulness, a thirst for Travel, a love of nature, and a fantasy filled imagination. So far she has traveled to the Bahamas, Tulume MX, and Rio Brazil.
Even so, EmLee has found her home in Los Angeles, CA; North Hollywood to be exact, but can still call up her Southern Twang whenever the opportunity arises.
Classically trained EmLee has played the roles of the crazy Greek Psychic “Cassandra” and Shakespeare’s tragic “Juliet”.
Having studied at Margie Haber’s Studio in Hollywood and with Theatricum Botanicum in Topanga Canyon as well as the Archway Theater during its transient year in 2018 Emlee has been well primed for “Location Specific Theater” in the award winning performances of “The Women” by Claire Boothe Luce and “Trojan Women”.
You might be able to find a copy of the award winning short films; “Foodie” and “Caché me if you Can” featuring Emlee on Youtube; both are horror stories as opposed to her personal love of Sci-Fi and Fantasy, so brace yourselves for some suspense and gore.
When not performing Emlee works behind camera as a Production Coordinator and PA for Commercials and Music Videos learning from all of the other departments as she goes; she would like to segue into Film and Television in the next year. She hopes to aid that goal by renting her space as a film location.
She is looking forward to taking classes at LAVCC now that things are opening back up and working with her writing team to create her first short, coming 2022!
